Yellowstone, awsome...

Yellowstone is still amazing us everyday. What an awesome park this is. Everywhere you look there are vistas that are totally indescribable. The mountains go forever, and the valleys are all beautiful, even though each one differs from the previous.

The wildlife is astonishing. No matter what time of day, or what kind of weather, there is always wildlife to view. We’ve seen everything the park has to offer except wolves, and moose. But we have eleven more days here, so hopefully we’ll find them also. But we have been very surprised at the number of babies we have seen. Note the shots of a young Bison, and twin Elk babies included with this blog. I guess we assumed that their babies would be born in Spring to permit them time to mature enough to survive the cold winters. So much for assuming...

This post is short. I’ll let the photographs speak for us. We haven’t done much scenery shooting yet. But that too will come before we leave the park.
